I remember when I first got here. everyone was setting something up.  Whether it was a medical tent, armory, or sensors, every single person I saw was shouting and setting up stands to help work on there building.  God it was chaotic, couldn’t get anyone to talk to me.  I went to the back and found the HQ.  I walked inside to find something I could do when I heard someone yell “hey you. Yea you there, get over here!”  I walked over and told him I was a scientist, he said to make some sort of acid grenade to help against the zombies. (more…)

I am a floodling; at the moment I am stuck inside of a carrier. God it is crammed in here.  I hear an explosion and my fellow floodlings and I are immediately ejected and find our selves in the middle of a crowd of marines, there are ten of us and nine of them.  I miss my target while the rest of my kin hit and the marines are no more.  I am the only one that did not infect one of the marines and become a combat form.  Then the strangest thing happened. The pain was almost enough to make me explode, the Gravemind died.  The combat forms leap away and I am left here all alone.

Warhammer 40K is an expensive hobby that uses plastic models.  First thing that you do should be to buy a codex, the rulebook, and the starter kit.  Once you have these you need to get special glue and paint.  There are a bunch of options for each unit.  For example I can have my guy have a rocket launcher or a flamethrower.

the factions are: Imperial Guard, Space Marines, Orks, Chaos Space Marines, Chaos Daemons, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Necrons, Tau, Bloodangels, and Tyranids.  if you get an army, or already have one, post a comment with the kind of army that you have.

volcanoes are amazing.  they create and destroy, they grow and they fall.  they even erupt in three different ways.  explosions, dome building, and spire making.  it all depends on how much water is in the lava.  the heat turns the water into gas which sends the lava up and out of the volcano. 

I learned  a lot of this on channel two last night when some geologists were talking about Mt. Saint Helens. it had all of the different eruptions that i listed above.  first in 1980, Mt. Saint Helens blew up leaving the legendary crater in its surface.  watching Saint Helens blow up in three different spots looked like three missiles hit it.  Saint Helens erupted again in 1983, this time it started dome building.  the mountain would slowly ooze black sticky lava that built the dome,  after a while it just stopped.  finally, in 2004,  it erupted again by making spires.  the spires then crumbled and started again.  the spires stopped 3 years ago.

INTRODUCTION

Oblivion is a single player RPG that is for the Xbox 360 and PC.  The game is also the fourth edition to the elder scrolls series.  You start out picking your character’s race, name, and appearance.  Your race choices include: Nord (humans that are good warriors and are resistant to frost), Wood Elf (good thieves and archers with amazing dexterity and agility), Argonian (reptilian humanoids that are some what good thieves and are resistant to poison, disease, and can breath under water), and more.  You can customize your hair and face as you please and there is literally an endless amount of possibilities.
