Gameplay

Skate, Run and Skitch your way to pro skater, almost. Some of the Challenges in the game are nearly impossible to do, H-O-R-S-E is sometimes impossible to do, and to beat the game at Slam City Jam, you have to go into the options and play “kid mode”. Despite that it’s really easy to pull together hundred-thousand point combos and it’s 10 levels including the 2 sub levels which are made just for stringing together combo after combo after combo. Another cool feature is the special tricks you start out with a selection of three and are only able to choose one. When you pump up your stats you earn a bigger selection of specials and then the real tricks come in. You can have up to 4 specials at one time.

Controls

They’re PERFECT, not much more to say about that.

Graphics

For a GBA the graphics are smoother than a fresh sheet of paper but overall sandpaper is smoother than those graphics.

Multiplayer

It’s okay.

Overall

This game has a below average replay value, but I play it twice a week. It needs a more original storyline instead of the whole “rags-to-riches” deal. Another Tony Hawk game, American Wasteland has a much more original storyline.

Pokémon Crystal Version is a role-playing game for the GBC. It’s part of the Gold/Silver series. It’s gameplay is pretty much the same as in Gold/Silver except for a few new things, like a Suicune substory. This is also the first game to choose your characters sex. Like all the handheld Pokémon games the gameplay is immensely challenging, but fun and easy because there are also components in the game that are maze-like and mini game like with the slot machines in Johto and Kanto. While this game can bring you hours of fun it has its flaws.

• If you play this game on any version of the Gameboy advance, it’s very fragile and can corrupt if the cartridge has the slightest movement. I had to start my game over because it was corrupt
• The gameplay can sometimes be too hard and too challenging
• You very limited phonebook space
• Many things can be overpriced
• Some Pokémon can be too hard to train and catch
• The differences in this game weren’t enough to make it a must-buy for everyone

The Bottom Line:

This game is good enough to keep you occupied for a year and maybe more if you are a very avid player that wants to keep playing after they’ve beat the game

Your baby can read is a smart idea but could be really easy to make. I mean, come on I could do that with prezi or one of the many movie maker programs. Besides there are already things like that. I’ll make make on just like it, and if I can, it’ll be posted up here for download.
